A place where high pedestrian traffic flow around 19 sectors. It is surounded by El Carmen’s church, the second largest in the town, shops, schools, housing. Plastic-architectural project includes paving the driveway and side-walks, the walls and the facade of the church, from the viewpoint of geometric abstraction, a set of colorful stripes and lines darn inclined, horizontal and vertical planes so carry on. As a comprehensive urban renewal strategy, infrastructure services are restored, located under the elevated road surface, and the restoration of the facades that make up the edges of the site and the provision of street furniture.
