The place is confined between multifamily housing buildings, connected to Las Vegas Petare principal avenue, which in turn is linked to multiple nearby slums. Threshold of many pedestrians climbing to their homes, the project renews an existing public space through a rectangular plastic intervention of checkerboards (Emilio Narciso) with warm colors randomly distributed in floors, stairs, walls and roofs of commercial corridors. The play areas, separated on a higher platform, remain visible to and protected from those passing by.
